Waitlisting

To be notified when an item you like comes back in stock, add your email to the waitlist on the product page. You'll be notified as soon as it's available again!

Damaged Items

While we hope it never happens, if you believe you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@insideparenthetical.com and include photos. We’ll try to make it right as quickly as we can.

If your package was damaged in transit, please take photos of the damage before opening and again after of the contents and send to hello@insideparenthetical.com. All reports of shipping damage need to be reported within two days of delivery. 

Price Adjustments

Currently, we will honor one price adjustment within 14 days of purchase if the item you ordered is still in stock. Write to hello@insideparenthetical.com with your order number to make an adjustment request.
