Shipping

We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed during the holiday season and sale periods may take longer.

Currently, we only ship to the U.S.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $125. Additional rates will appear in checkout based on your delivery address if you wish to select a quicker shipping method.

If the shipping carrier marks your order as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors, roommates, doormen, or anyone who may have received the package while you were out. If it still can’t be found, please contact the shipping carrier to let them know there was an issue. Though parenthetical is not responsible for packages after they’ve been delivered, please contact us at hello@insideparenthetical.com if this happens.

Returns

We accept returns of unworn items (see exceptions below) in their original condition and packaging with their original tags intact within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To request a return, please email returns@insideparenthetical.com with your order number, the items you’d like to send back, and the reason for return. We’ll write back with your Return Authorization, a label, and instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us. Original shipping fees aren’t refundable.

These exceptions cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange:

• All items discounted 40% or more are considered final sale.

Full priced items purchased with a promotional discount are eligible for refund. 

If any returned items appear used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or scents on the fabric, they will not be accepted. We’ll be in touch via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. These  items will be returned to you and you will be charged any applicable shipping fees.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we’re unable to process exchange requests. If you’re looking for a different size or color, please place a new order and contact us about returning the original. See instructions above.
